Non-urgent advice: When We Are Closed
For urgent calls during the evening and weekend please telephone a free phone service 111 who will connect you to our local Out-of-Hours GP If necessary you will be seen by a GP based at the Primary Care Centre at The Alexandra Hospital in Redditch, or offered a visit or nurse contact.
This service should only be used if you are unable to wait until the surgery reopens.
For daytime calls when the surgery is closed always telephone 01527 544610 first and listen carefully to the message.
Our phone lines are closed between 1pm and 2pm daily.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
